In years of her growing up she has come to recognize that she has an innate talent for mud-pies. The making of a proper mud-pie requires patience, hunting and gathering, and the meticulous commitment to molding perfect batter. All earthworms must be saved and relocated. This is the primary ethic of mud-pie alchemy. The initial over saturation of the ingredients might cause their premature death. The mixing of matter is dependent upon the bakers willingness to use her hands. One must squish and squash with delicate dexterity and well rehearsed technique. Once the batter yields its perfect consistency, the decoration of the pie is essential.
